Tracy Barnett

Tracy takes a hands-on role at PJS Accountants and continues to manage a portfolio of long-term clients, while building a pro-active team culture based on a clients-first philosophy.

She prides herself on taking the time required to understand the individual needs and objectives of each and all of her clients, believes in building long-term client partnerships, and takes a personalised approach to helping her clients grow their businesses and reach their full potential with tried and test strategies that get results.

In her previous role as a senior accountant at PJS, Tracy managed the accounts of small and medium businesses across a wide range of industries, mentored staff members and developed her project management skills to create smooth workflows across the business.

It was during this time that she found her passion for helping hardworking business people overcome the many challenges that face them to achieve sustainable long-term success.

Prior to joining PJS, Tracy was a valuable member of the accounting team at an ASX-listed company where she was responsible for overseeing the daily and monthly accounting compliance of the company.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology, and has been a Xero Certified Advisor since 2014.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her at the gym, playing softball and spending time with her family.
